The presenter was able to engage the audience & hold their attention. The techniques were useful and I liked learning the breathing technique. Fantastic information. Thank you! In our society it is very helpful to slow down! Proactive mindfulness, I wish it could have been longer to go further in depth.

Corporate Citizenship

Each program delivered by the Holistic Wellness Training Institute (HWTI) provides streamlined donations to Light of Loving Kindness (LOLK), a Chicago-based nonprofit that works with young adults from challenging circumstances including poverty, trauma and violence affected areas of Chicago. LOLK triangulates their resources to incorporate mental wellness, mindfulness-based interventions, and workforce readiness and development in its programming. Working with the HWTI provides continued access to LOLK's free programs and resources for these young adults.

Water & Wellbeing

Why do we name our curated packages after elements of water?

We all know that water is essential to our physical well being, but did you also know that water affects our minds? Research has shown that proper hydration is vital to our mental health. Water affects our mood, energy, ability to cognitively process information, blood circulation, and even reduces the risk for depression. Certainly, water is crucial to our wellbeing, both physically and mentally, just as mindfulness-based tools can tremendously benefit your workplace teams. Contact us to schedule your organization’s mindfulness solutions workshop today.
